Our mission is to provide support and services to our members by ensuring that they will attain a quality
of life as well as maintain their independence in a loving and secure environment.
We accept Medicaid Waiver Members CCSP/SOURCE for both our Personal Care Home and Structured
Family Caregiving program
We provide services in our Personal Care Home and in the community by assisting members to care for
their family while living at home, through the Medicaid Elderly and Disabled Waiver Program (EDWP). Which can provide
financial assistance through the Structured Family Caregiving Program (SFC).
